Our leadership team consists of more than just a group of individuals with accomplished credentials. Former members of the US Army, National Guard, and Navy combined with our civilian experts make up our uniquely focused and dedicated managers. They have a true passion for their work and are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. Mr. Timothy C. Bucklaw, Sr. (President & CEO)
Mr. Bucklaw, a decorated thirty-year service-disabled veteran of the Army National Guard, serving in the Gulf and Iraq Wars co-founded MedForce Government Solutions (MGS) in order to continue to serve the government while putting to work other veterans as much as possible. His logistical background and ability to see and manage the big picture have given him the edge. He is a strategist and visionary who is ultimately responsible for MGS’s business performance and ethics. He makes his moves very carefully, always with a view of the long-term effect on the company. He is goal driven, loves to win, and does so with humility.

Mr. Jon J. Bucklaw. (Executive Vice President / COO)
Mr. Bucklaw is a seasoned professional with 20 years of professional, technical and management experience. He began his career in the recruiting and sales field directly out of college. Having graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Marketing and Labor Relations, Jon immediately began a flourishing career and later opened a high tech staffing firm called HireLink, Inc, selling technology staffing solutions to the Federal Government and Fortune 500 Companies. After nearly 15 years of successful sales, recruiting, management, and marketing experience, he sought a new and exciting challenge in co-founding MedForce. Jon’s philosophy for MedForce is “to continue and build upon excellence”. We strive to provide the best possible services to our candidates and our client companies by bringing unique market specific capability. MedForce was created as a niche recruiting company that has developed a reputation based on our unique market knowledge, approach and diverse skill sets”. “We know and understand the industries we serve and we have become the fastest growing company in the area”.

Mr. Jason Keltner (Director, Operations)
Mr. Keltner is a proven and goal-oriented senior executive with over 25 years of management and leadership experience. A retired Naval Officer, he served in both the medical and aviation departments in a variety demanding positions including Director for Administration, Chief Information Officer, Plans and Operations Officer, Security Manager and Chief Marketing Officer. In the private sector he has enjoyed great successes as a Senior Programs Manager, Business Developer and Business Consultant. With Masters Degrees in both Business Administration and Information Technology Management he is uniquely qualified to serve as a leader, visionary and change management catalyst for MGS. His leadership methods include encouraging creativity and flexibility, goal setting and achievement, and implementing measurement and feedback systems. Most importantly, Jason possesses a keen sense of business operations and insightful analytical and assessment skills, with a long record of proven successes and high customer satisfaction.

Mr. Gary Libby (Director, Government Services)
Mr. Libby, a former special forces army medic, is responsible for forging a foundation of understanding and trust with each of our customers. All activities are focused on long-term solutions that provide a competitive edge for our customers and the ability to meet company objectives. He has twenty years of business development experience with a history of creating workable solutions to complex industry problems such as the healthcare/scientific, logistical and allied trade industries are experiencing today. His vast knowledge and professionalism along with his ability to go the extra mile to see all critical needs and strategic objectives are met in accordance with client specifications is second to none. Gary Libby, the man behind the man so to say. He delivers and does not waste your time or his time.
