Our Management Team:

Our leadership team consists of more than just a group of individuals with accomplished credentials. Former members of the US Army, National Guard, and Navy combined with our civilian experts make up our uniquely focused and dedicated managers. They have a true passion for their work and are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. Mr. Timothy C. Bucklaw, Sr. (President & CEO)
Mr. Bucklaw, a decorated thirty-year service-disabled veteran of the Army National Guard, serving in the Gulf and Iraq Wars co-founded MedForce Government Solutions (MGS) in order to continue to serve the government while putting to work other veterans as much as possible. His logistical background and ability to see and manage the big picture have given him the edge. He is a strategist and visionary who is ultimately responsible for MGS’s business performance and ethics. He makes his moves very carefully, always with a view of the long-term effect on the company. He is goal driven, loves to win, and does so with humility.

Mr. Jon J. Bucklaw. (Executive Vice President / COO)
Mr. Bucklaw is a seasoned professional with 20 years of professional, technical and management experience. He began his career in the recruiting and sales field directly out of college. Having graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Marketing and Labor Relations, Jon immediately began a flourishing career and later opened a high tech staffing firm called HireLink, Inc, selling technology staffing solutions to the Federal Government and Fortune 500 Companies. After nearly 15 years of successful sales, recruiting, management, and marketing experience, he sought a new and exciting challenge in co-founding MedForce. Jon’s philosophy for MedForce is “to continue and build upon excellence”. We strive to provide the best possible services to our candidates and our client companies by bringing unique market specific capability.
